Public Computers & Internet Access
The Caroline County Public Library offers free access to computers and the Internet at all locations.
The Caroline County Public Library is pleased to offer free Wireless Internet Access to customers with appropriately equipped wireless devices.
Sailor Cruise Accounts
Sailor Cruise Accounts provide free Internet access to eligible customers of participating Maryland public libraries who have a computer with a telephone dial-up modem connected to a standard telephone landline. Access speeds up to 56 Kbps can be achieved using this service.
Printing, Copying, & Faxing
The Caroline County Public Library has black and white or color printers available to the public for a fee of $.25 per print and black and white copiers available to the public for $.25 per copy. Faxes may be sent for $1 per fax. We do not receive faxes.
Books by Mail is a free service for borrowers who are unable to use the library due to a temporary or permanent disability.
Marina is a free, statewide interlibrary loan system for requesting books from other libraries in Maryland.
Genealogy Research Assistance
Staff can help researchers with an orientation to the materials in our Maryland Room, which focuses primarily on Caroline County and adjacent counties.

Book Discussion Kits
Sets of ten or more copies of selected titles can be ordered from Eastern Shore Regional Library.
Referrals are offered to local lawyers who are members of the Caroline County Bar Association at a reduced price for the initial consultation. Referrals may also be given to governmental agencies and non-profit organizations that offer legal assistance such as Mid-Shore Pro Bono.
